Our cancellation policy for rooms is 5 days or more in advance of your arrival date for a full refund. Within 5 days of your arrival date there is no refund for the room rate; however we do refund the cleaning fee since we do not have to clean the room.

Our cancellation policy for watercraft rentals is at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled rental for a full refund. Within 48 hours there are no refunds; however if we have to cancel due to inclement weather conditions you can either reschedule or receive a full refund.
