This was an amazing place to stay. Clean and spacious rooms that were very modern with lots of extra conveniences. We rented 2 rooms, jet skis and paddle boards and the family was able to enjoy the water and relax in the yard and under the gazebo. The staff was helpful and very accommodating. It was the best 4th of July weekend we have had, and our family is looking forward to spending more time here.

Beyond clean. Excellent rooms, location is perfect spot on the River. It kind of feels like a lake, very calm water and beautiful island to go around and see the springs. Prices are very good. Stay here if you can instead of the city. The owners are wonderful hosts.

We enjoyed a 2 night stay here, as well as a kayak rental. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. The location is gorgeous and can't be beat. Lots of riverfront property, beautiful views from the room, easy access to Ritter Island and 1000 springs. Their dog, Mojo, is very sweet.
